I got this to give me extra height for getting into the car after broken leg surgery. Our car seats were tall for me so this is placed at the door where I can step up backwards and access the car seat easily.

I recently added step classes to my workout routine, so needed a step. Found this one for a good price during Prime days so purchased. Good step but I will eventually purchase the gym style one with a rubber top. This one is sturdy, it stays in place for the most part, even on a tiled floor. However, it's noisy. It's hard plastic so each step on it will be heard. It's also a little shorter than I'd like but it works. Other than that, it's a good starter step for beginners or for those getting back into step after 20 years or more.
