A really nice tamper to get started. It's a little too tall for my hands, but it works and it's easy to get to ~30lbs or whatever pressure you need. Super smooth surface, coffee grounds never stick to it. The only real "con" is that you can unscrew the top of it.. which is a bit annoying, but not a huge deal.

I return it because I was not happy with the amount of coffee it allow to press. The neck is fix so you have to know how much coffee to place on the basket. It is flat so it does not have a way to spread the coffee. The item however feels very solid and well machined.

I've been using a different tamper for several years. It's a little smaller than the opening, requiring multiple tamps to get the entire surface. The Flexzion fits perfectly, much more efficient and a lot easier to use.
