Product and quality is great. Received on time and started using it the next chance I got to play tennis. One on racquet it worked great, on the other it was a little different, maybe the racquet had looser strings. I have to check again but it does take some work to put them on. Either way, fun to use and works great, especially on that one raquet which I like use the most.
