This works well down to bare metal. I found that the best product for blasting is "play sand" from Home Depot.

Well made and works good. My power washer (Homedepot - Dewalt) is only 2800 PSI and too small for a lot of applications. To remove paint from a car I think a larger power washer will be required.

I also purchased the #3 nozzle and changed to that one which worked better. My pressure washer is a 3600 psi unit and worked ok but worked alot better turned up all the way with the #3 nozzle. It is not real fast but it does work. Sucked the sand out of a 5 gallon bucket and took the old paint off an old set of truck rims. Worth the money!
