These are delicious! So much flavor and they really add a different element to food when I use them. I use these shallots for scampi and butter noodles. And they last a lot longer than fresh shallots but still give the same flavor. I'll always have these in my fridge!

So glad I found this product! I used to be able to get it in local grocery stores but for some reason they stopped carrying it. The jarred minced shallots are so great to have - usually you only use a small amount and fresh shallots can go bad before you get to use them again. I've used these shallots in dressings and pan sauces and they have great flavor and are so convenient. Love it!
