Dollar store lights for 20.00???

I expected more for 20.00...very poorly made and for outdoor use I thought they would be better made as I see these not lasting a few rain storms.package showed up with all lights loose in Amazon bag...box there supposed to be in was destroyed. One of the lights is broken and unusable and the lights are not that bright(.99 dollar general solar lights are brighter)I do like the design but again the quality/construction is not $20.00 (per set of 4)
Update- only a few days later and 2 of the usable lights out of 3 the batteries are shot...I now have one working useable light for 20 dollars....

Great lights, but know what you are buying

After reading other reviews (good and bad), I decide to buy 1 pack of lights to try on my deck as accent lights. I liked that they easily mount over the lip of the railing. This time of year they came on about 8pm, and they were still on the latest I've gone to bed, about 3am. A they don't give off a lot of light, but enough to see the railing and the decking below. After running the 1st set for a couple of days I purchased a second set to finish off the railing and i must say that i am pleased with way they all look at night!
UPDATE: Have now had 8 lights running that have been subjected to several torrential rains without incident. Also woke up one morning just before dawn and was pleasantly surprised to see that these lights were still on!

Nice warm light but a bit dim

I bought these lights to help light up my deck. They are easy to install and worked that night. The light is warm but too soft to light up paths. These lights charge even in dappled shade. These lights would work better on a rail not a pergola.

I needed 8 lights for my deck so I tried them out by getting 1 pack of 4 lights. Of the four lights-one did not work at all and the solar panel was off another (although I was able to glue it back) I contacted the company with the info that was in the packaging before writing this review but did not get a response. I really like the lights that work but 2 out of 4 is not good odds-bummer. Gave 2 stars for the 2 good lights.

Bought three sets (12 units) in the last two months. Nice lights for a short while, two of them already died, will not light up at all. How long will the rest last?? Two months? Really??
