When I receive these in my mailbox I was quite excited to try them. Now I have alot of holes near my thighs from them rubbing together. So I bought these in hope that they would stay and keep them from ripping. They have done absolutely that. Now when you iron them on don't move the iron on them so much. Keep the iron in place when you do, they stick. Also make sure your iron is on max. They do come out a little stiff so it's hard for the first few minutes to get them to bend but they do eventually.

Great iron-on denim patches. I've used these on work jeans and they are excellent. Adhesion is quick and uniform. Very durable - doesn't come off with repeated washings. Packet contains numerous shades of denim; you will find a near-match that works for you.

Pros - easy to apply and they do a great job filling in the holes.
Con - the fabric is quite stiff and thick, so if you add one to the inside, it looks like you have a credit card stuffed down your pants. The next time I used it, instead of using the whole square, I cut it into a narrow strip and it was so much better. They do soften a bit over time, but not using quite as much made it better.
If you have previously used clear nail polish to hold a run it worn spot, try and remove it before you iron on the patch. It turned those parts of my pants yellow.
