I like it. It works to prevent being so bent over for a toddler/pre toddler who only wants to stand and walk but who is not yet ready to safely walk on their own. No tipping, no tripping, no issues. The only difficulty is getting the baby into the contraption! While not a motor therapist, I do work with PTs and OTs. I do not see any immediate issues with using this but as with most pieces of equipment that you are going to use on your small child always perform a skin check before and after (around the thighs/stomach area/arms).
