I purchased these for my 86 y/o mother who has delicate, fragile skin that easily tears and we both are very happy with these wonderfully soft washcloths. At her age most washcloths are just too rough for her thin skin but these are gentle and velvety, and are large enough for adult use. To wash them I first pre-soak them and then finish washing in the hand-wash cycle of my washing machine. I then dry them in the dryer on a low setting and they come out looking brand new. I definitely will be ordering another set for washing my face with. I guarantee you'll love them.
