I love the bag except for the long strap. It doesn't have enough holes to adjust it smaller, therefore it hangs to low! Also if you are holding the bag by the two handles, the excess of the strap does not have a loop to hold it flush with the strap. It hangs sloppily. Otherwise it has great compartments. I carry a lot of baggage and this bag organizes everything to perfection.. I wish they would add a loop for the strap.

Love everything about this bag, the cowhide leather was beautiful, the longer I used it the softer the leather. I aired it out for about a week, no more animal smell after that. Reason I gave this 4 stars because the straps that included was super long. I punched a few holes but the extra length are sticking out, so I gave up using the strap. When I bought it, it didn't pay attention to the handle length. It is a Handbag, NOT a shoulder bag. I would love if the handle was 2 inches longer, so I can be handsfree. So basically as long as you know you are buying as a handbag only. It's a beautiful bag.
