Very good for price

I got this for around $11 before starting my peds neuro sub I (4th year med student), a lot cheaper than other reflex hammers. I preferred this to a babinski bc it fits in your pocket easier and personally I don't feel as awkward getting certain angles with the tromner. It isn't as heavy as better quality hammers, but definitely still better than most and I was able to get all reflexes on the kids which I think is a win and speaks to the quality of the product. Definitely a product I recommend for med students especially.
Perfectly useable

Lost my MDF Hammer. Got this to replace, it does the job well. I can tell this is a little cheaper but both tools will effectively do the same job equally well. For instance the filaments under the sharp point are cut funny and are too stiff, but I don't know anyone who uses those (seems unsanitary to uses those in multiple patients to me).
Decent quality, great price

I needed a tromner reflex hammer for my neurology rotations, so I decided to try this one out. I didn't want to spend a ton of money on it since I am not sure if I will stay in neurology after this rotation, so this one was the best compromise between price and quality. The handle is plastic rather than a nice sturdy metal, but it seems sturdy enough and should hold up. All the parts can screw off and be replaced if they break, which is nice. Not sure I will ever use the brush since it can't easily be disinfected, but it's a nice feature in theory.
Good weight, great price, but came warped.

This is a great reflex hammer that has good weight to it to help with finding reflexes. The handle is almost weightless so all of the weight is in the head of the hammer. The price is also excellent. Unfortunately, my first item arrived with a warped handle so I had to return it.
A Reflex hammer with heft

Enjoyed this product. When testing reflexes, not just any Ole hammer will do. You need something that has a little umph to it. Highly recommended.
