I absolutely love the quality of the product. It's sturdy, well built, and attractive. Its also easy to assemble in just a few minutes with a screwdriver. That said, it gets a "3" because the heavy base is packed so poorly within the box that it shifts, dents, and scratches other pieces, including the brass plate that covers the base.

I normally don't leave review; however, I had to for this item. This item is design as a one time use item (disposable). It is poorly designed and arrived damaged. The gold paint is horrible and the welding marks are very visible. You pay for what you get.

There is some disagreement among reviewers. Some claiming that this is an awesome product, and others that it is a poorly made product. I agree with both of these sides.
This is not a solid product intended to be used in an actual theater or in a live event. If you want something for that purpose you will pay 4-10 times as much money. This is a decoration, or prop. It looks stunning, and awesome, but don't buy it if you are looking for something to use in a public location, unless you are using it in a play, or somewhere where it won't get abused by the public.
I put them in my home theater. They look phenomenal. Since they are in my house, they don't get abused, knocked, banged, etc. In this location they are sure to last for decades, and retain their shine and luster. When guests visit, they are blown away by them. They just look really cool, and add a lot of personality to my home theater.
They are a prop. If you are looking for a prop or for decor, then you will be very happy, and will find yourself in the group that writes a positive review. If you are looking for a heavy duty item that can be a workhorse and do a job day in and day out, then you will be disappointed. That is not what these are intended for.
