This stuff has been a miracle for me! I suffer from extreme anxiety, panic attacks and ptsd. I had my last major panic attack December 25th, 2020. Right after, I started taking these. It took about 6 weeks to really notice a difference. All the sudden I realized I hadn't had any panic attacks and my every day anxiety was down to a minimum... something I haven't had relief from in about 15 years. I've tried prescription meds and they all made me so sleepy I could barely function. I'm a stay-at-home mom of 3 kids, I can't be sleepy all day! No negative side effects for me. I have more energy, I can fall asleep within minutes, where as I used to lay for hours and worst-case scenario EVERYTHING!!! I enjoy playing with my kids, I've even started walking on my treadmill every day because I actually have energy and motivation!!

I've taken this for a month. I feel like it's too soon to tell if it's really making a difference that I have noticed that I'm a bit calmer than usual and I have been able to maintain my current weight without changing anything in my lifestyle. Going to continue!
