Amazon appears to have comingled dispenser reviews with facet reviews.
Good looking brushed nickel finish and smooth operation.
Not nearly as heavy duty as the broken Kohler that it replaced but also about 1/10th the price.
Other than the cosmetic skin and spout it is completely plastic.
The plastic threaded shaft is very long to accommodate installations in thick counters.
The locking nut is also plastic which means it will be easy to replace when necessary and not rust in place like the old one.

Purchased for kitchen renovation. Looks nice, installed easy. However, after 1 month of use the button to switch water between stream and spray does not function properly. We are unable to switch from spray to normal stream of water. While the spray style is useful, it is not preferred for washing things like baby bottles.

I was contacted by the seller and they quickly sent a replacement sprayer. Easy to swap out and solved the issue. If you purchase this faucet and receive a sprayer with 1 button instead of 2, contact the manufacturer for replacement.

Disappointed to say the least. Less than 6 months and the spray head will not function properly. Can not switch back and forth from spray to stream. No way to service the head and make repairs. Went to the web site this morning and it says it is under construction. NO phone number to make any contact with a real person. Faucet should last 5 years under normal family use. Usually I am lenient when it comes to reviews, but am tired of products that preach quality & satisfaction and fail to deliver.

Found another email address after searching the literature that came with the faucet and was contacted by the company within 36 hrs.. They apologized for the issue and offered to send a new faucet head as a replacement. They indicated it was an upgraded version. It came quickly despite courier needing a signature for the part. So far it appears to work better than the original. Time will tell. I have upgraded my review since the basic faucet has held up okay and seems to function properly and is generally is easy to use . Still disappointed in failure of the faucet head, thus only four stars

Spray button is stuck

We have had this faucet for 6 months and have loved it up until now. The button to switch from a shower spray to a jet spray no longer works. Our sink is now stuck on the shower spray-which gives you a shower when you're not prepared. Unhappy, because I bragged about the deal I got on such a nice faucet and now I am wishing I would've spent the extra money to get the Home Depot version.

I had forgotten to mention the customer service had emailed me to see if I was happy. A couple of months later the sprayer stopped switching from spray to stream so I emailed them back and they mailed me a replacement spray head! I'm so thrilled to find a company who backs their products!!
