It's not the best quality tool but it did only cost $22 and it got the job done rather than me having to take it to a shop to change my break pads. The case could be designed better. Every time I close the lid at least one of the disks falls out of its storage spot. Also, when I was trying to use the tool the tiny little "T" handle just wasn't enough leverage. I had to use a wrench to get more leverage and in the process bent the "T" handle up pretty good. I was able to straighten it back and get the job done but I don't know how many more times it'll last. Also, for some reason the company didn't design the case to hold all of the disks that come with the set. I had one extra disk just crammed into the box with no spot to actually put it.
My recommendation to the company would be to: First, the end of the screw shaft where the "T" handle is located is round. Make it squared off or shaped to take a standard socket so users could get better leverage with a wrench instead of the tiny handle it currently has. Second, make a better carry case for it.
