It is a nice dark teal and not the bright aqua, as others have mentioned. Stitching seems sturdy, spacious pockets inside. Easy access to wipes and bottom of bag. Love the backpack style; We knew we didn't want the traditional duffle or over the shoulder style bag. Neutral enough so my husband won't feel like he's carrying an oversized purse, though he would carry whatever I bought. Speaking of my husband, he's an entire foot taller than me with a longer torso and this bag does adjust well to both our frames. I'm 5'2", he's 6'3". The inside is waterproof, an excellent feature that will help extend the longevity of the bag. Only docked 1 star because I didn't like the zipper closure they used. It seems well stitched but it does take away from the overall style. It's an aesthetics thing, not a function thing.
