I was looking for a handbag that was the right color, the right size, and that had the right amount of organization to it. This bag is beautiful and well made, roomy, and has plenty of pockets. I likely won't ever use the detachable crossbody/shoulder strap, but I don't need it as the double straps attached to the bag are long enough to make it a good shoulder carry. If you're considering this bag, go ahead and buy it. I'm glad I did.

I love this bag, the red is deep and really beautiful in person. It's roomy, has plenty of space if you need to carry more stuff. I don't find the bag to be too heavy as some reviews have suggested. It looks really well made, but I am only giving it 4 stars because it scratches really easily. Too easily. Mine rubbed up against a small section of wall that was flat surfaced and came back with a small spot where the red was completely rubbed off. I am sure I can find a way to amend this, but I will not buy another because it should do that so easily.
Do not buy too difficult & expensive (?) to return if it doesn't meet your needs.

It had no "feet" which means the bottom would wear inordinately. It was very heavy empty so it may feel like it drags you down. But it is beautiful and the color is a rich chocolate brown. I like the gold hardware on it better rather than commonly found silver trim.
