Don't buy these! I bought 2 sets of 2 and regret the purchase, but can't return them because I'm overseas. Kind of a catch 22. They work inconsistently. Also some plugs (US) don't fit in this supposedly universal adapter.

Hoped these had a USB port instead. I ordered these so quickly that I didn't realize you needed an entire plug to go into them. Crossing my fingers that these will work for charging our phones in Ireland and Scotland.

Received two plugs labeled e/f but no c. Currently in Switzerland and the adapters do not fit, the plugs are too thick for the general outlet, only fit the special 220 volt outlet as shown in the picture. We moved on to Germany then Prague and it worked fine in both those countries. May have been an issue with the 1st hotel with older outlets.

I purchased this for a vacation through Central Europe. I am just beginning my trip and am using the adapter in Romania. It fits the plugs fine, but when I removed it from a plug the first time, it came apart in the middle and two copper contacts fell out. I was able to figure out how to put it back together so it would work again. I am now very careful when removing the adapter from plugs to ensure it doesn't come apart at the seam again. It will work if you're careful. There must be sturdier adapters on the market.
