This lights work great, I've bought a few packs of 3 now, they can be put almost anywhere. The back is magnetic so it can stick to most doors, you could even put a thick nail in the wall and mount it that way, it does come with adhesive options too but that may what everyone wants so its good there are options. I'd say batteries will last about 6 months of casual use, each light takes 3 AAA batteries, and they probably will not come with any. I ordered 3 sets of 3 over the course of a few months, one pack came with batteries, the other two did not, but the listing says no batteries so don't expect it and just order a pack at the same time. The LEDs are quality and properly affixed, so they should last for years.

Love these things. I used them in my pantry, my laundry area as well as on the stairs for late at night. The ones on the stairs are situated enough so that they turn on when the front door is opened(useful for when coming home late at night and providing light) as well as about 10 feet away for when going up or down the stairs late at night.
While they are primarily plastic, the 3M adhesive pad is sufficient to hold the device to whatever surface you want(I have a couple mounted to the ceiling in my pantry) as well as looking very well-made and classy. I will be ordering these whenever I have a need to light up an area without just using a standard nightlight.

We live in an older house and just put an master addition on. I can't have a night light b/c I can't sleep with lights on, so putting this in the darkest spot of the room on the way to the bathroom for those late night trips is great! Also, the older part of the house doesn't have outlets in the hallway, so it will be great to stick on the baseboards for guests!

Very nice bright little automatic lights ! I like that you can put up with the magnet or with the 3m backing included ! I have one on my fridge , for those late nights to get a drink of water in the kitchen and no need to turn on the main lights. Also have one in the bathroom . These are very handy & work well !! Intend to buy more for the closets, etc .

These little lights are awesome! They come with magnets on the back for hanging and they also include 2 sided sticky applicators if you want to use on a non-magnetic surface.
Hubby thought I was a little crazy when I told him I was buying them so my armoire would light up for me to see my clothes whenever I opened the door. He's not laughing now! I only used one and it worked perfectly! It's been about 6 months and I haven't had to change the batteries at all.
The second I mounted underneath a built in cabinet in the archway between living/dining areas and one on the pole of a floor lamp at the bottom of the stairs in the living room. They work wonderfully as night lights and couldn't be happier. I plan on buying a few more for those dark closet shelves.
