Pro: Sturdy, good looking piece that securely holds TV and allows easy movement between rooms.

Con: Assembly is not easy, very frustrating, and requires lots of time. Instructions clearly not created by someone fluent in English. You would think for the price, the manufacturer could spend a few bucks on proper instructions.

HOWEVER ... once completed it works great.
Nice customer service from seller

I purchased three of the stands as Christmas gifts for my husband and two children. They are very well constructed, fairly easy to assemble and easy to move around throughout the house.
Difficult Assembly

I put things like this together on a regular basis and would have to agree that it comes with the most vague set of instructions I've ever encountered. It doesn't help that a couple of steps are actually reversed on the diagrams. Not to mention, I hade to bore out a hole that didn't line up properly.
It should also be noted, that there is no way to adjust the tilt once the TV has been mounted and secured. You can mount it at slightly different angles (depending on where you use the spacers).
On a positive note the unit is quite sturdy, except for the flimsy (plastic) shelves.

Love to give this cart 4 out of 5 stars but I can't. It is a pill to put together. Main complaints:
1. The instructions are awful. I'd give them 1/5 stars. They tell you to put the shelves on first but as you'll find out quickly, that's a bad idea. Put them on last and you'll save yourself some trouble.
2. No idea what engineer came up with the locking system to hold the TV in place, but he/she must've slept through most of their classes. It would've been a lot stronger if they had used a pin system in the back. The locking mechanism they used feels unstable.
3. The bottom shelf has the same problem as the arm they use to hold the TV. This whole stand would've been much better had they drilled holes so many mm apart up the entire length of the main metal shaft, and used pins to hold them in place. It would restrict the positioning a bit but the simplicity and strength it would have provided would make that negligible.
4. It says up to 65" on the product description above, but the box literally says in massive letters: up to 60". Keep that in mind when purchasing.

Overall this is not a bad cart and I'll be keeping it. Once I got it together and tested it I felt safe enough to put a brand new 55" TV on it. It certainly has room to improve.
