As a Professional Body Mod Artist, I use these for installing dermals. They're really not as sharp as I would like them to be so it takes a little bit of "finessing" to get your desired pocket. But they have been getting the job done with very little complaints of pain with clients. It's definitely worth it for the price. Because if you're looking at these right now, chances are you have done your browsing for these punches elsewhere to find the prices and high, if you can even get them at all. We used these biopsy punches for sample prep in a lab (not on tissue). Easy to use and very sharp! Wish there was a plunger to get the samples out easier.
