Durable, effective, and for a great price.

These shears are up to par. I see other medics that go for the fancier stuff, but for me I just need something durable and do the job I require of it. And they do - they cut through leather, plastic, and tough materials and saves critical time that would be wasted with a cheap pair of shears. For the price you pay there aren't better options of quality.

I love these shears! I bought them for nursing school and have had the chance to try them out a few times. The packaging was easily opened and didn't need scissors like most scissors do, so I really enjoyed that. They cut through clothing very easily and do the job right. (The company was also very accessible and had great communication throughout my purchasing experience.

I really wanted to like this product. The first few times i used it it worked good but then it did not cut when the jaws were opened fully. I use it to cut bed straps and cast underpadding material and various paper/plastic products. basically anything in the operating room. I ended up giving it to another nurse i know. I still have the other pair i bought and will try those also.
Wouldn't buy for everyday use

They do the job, but you definitely get what you pay for. Not the quality feel you would get with more expensive shears, however these are for my medical emergency kit and will only be used occasionally so I'm happy with them.
Will cut through anything

I have wrapping on my legs that must be changed regularly. Regular scissors really can't cut through the wraps, but these sure do. These are great scissors. They make a tough job easy. My wife loves them.
