First off, for anyone that isn't sure about fish jerky, I'd say get over it and give this a try! It doesn't smell super fishy and I personally thought the product was delicious. I purchased for my office and the people that liked tuna or especially Ahi Tuna absolutely loved it. It's a unique product and I will definitely be reordering.
The flavor is nice, the lemon is my favorite

I had never had tuna jerky before so nothing to compare it to. The flavor is nice, the lemon is my favorite. The texture is what was unexpected, very thinly sliced and almost gelatinous feeling. But I would buy again.
