I will be using this motor (12V 60RPM) to bob a head on a lighted parade float. I tested it on the actual unit and it has no problems running it what so ever. It seems to have plenty of torque. As a matter of fact I am only running it at 6V and breakaway happens at about 3.5V.
The reason for 4 stars is that I have not run it longer than about 30 min and 5 stars will require it to run for a few hours straight. I will update when that happens.
