It works, and does what I expected. I am short, and my visor is not adjustable, I drive south every morning and north every evening and the sun comes in the side right past where my visor reaches. I like how adjustable it is. It looks like fabric on a stiff rim. It isn't flimsy per se, but it is flexible. Initially I was a bit put off by it, it wasn't what I was expecting, but when I analyzed if it did what I needed it to, I had to say yes, so I gave it 5 stars. If I needed it to lower the visor, I might not, it only has a bit of velcro at the top, so it isn't as secure as one would like for that purpose. For the side it tucks under the bands, making it very secure.

I've ordered a second one of these amazing extenders to my sun visors. I have 20% tint on the eyebrow and all windows and wear prescription sunglasses but sometimes that sun hits in a spot that is blinding. These bad boys are a life saver. I have one on my driver side and I'm waiting for a second one, I ordered to place on the passenger. I love the conveniency of being able to remove it from the velcro, up or down or side to side.
The only thing is that with the straps around the visor, I can't get to my mirror but I rarely ever try to use it anyway. If I do, need a mirror I use the rearview one in the center of the car. Not being able to use the mirror is totally worth having these in my car. LOVE THEM, Thank you.

Over priced, but still worth every cent. Completely blocks the sun out of my face (particularly on my left) and is quick to add and remove to the visor.
It sticks to my cloth visor in its own (without the use of the included straps) through velcro. And when not in use, it fits inside the compartment thing on my driver's door.

I bought this for use in a Jeep Wrangler. The wide velcro hook straps fit on each side of the OEM visor mirror. The oval 'pile' piece is light weight, and easily/quickly re-positioned to where you need it. The oval piece is thin but opaque and looks to be something that would be soft enough not to be a worry in a crash/quick stop. Not much to this thing, but since it does the job well, is worth every penny....

My wife is completely happy with its flexibility, but not quite as happy with the grip strength of the velcro (too grippy). You need to position the shade before you drive - re-positioning the shade while driving may be dangerous. It does not slide, you must rip it off of the velcro mounts and place back on. If the mounts are not in the proper place, you will need to move them (do not do that while driving - it requires attention that should be focused on the road.
If you are driving a long stretch on a straight road this is very good. If you are driving twisty roads with sun in your eyes, this is not for you.
