Great bag BUT if it had shoulder straps it would be perfect

I bought this a couple of months ago and it's great, BUT the manufacturer should have charged $5 more and added shoulder straps. I'm trying to figure out ways to add them without compromising the water-resistance of the bag. The lack of shoulder straps takes what should be a 5-star bag and makes it into a 4-1/2 star bag. Nevertheless, I would recommend it -- good padding, nice size, easy access to games -- I get lots of compliments about the bag and it fits nicely under the table when I'm playing games at Whole Foods.

Sturdy, spacious, and cool. It's not going to protect your games from anything major, but it certainly makes transporting them from place to place easier and less likely to cause damage from bumping door frames, car seats, etc. I love the side pocket, shoulder strap, bottle holder, padded top handle, and the velcro on the front flap. The only minor gripe I have are the two zippers for the front flap. If one is not careful, box corners could incur damage from securing the zippers. It just takes a little extra care to ensure this doesn't happen, and I don't think it detracts from the utility or aesthetics of the bag at all.

On a sad note, the should strap protective part came off in first week but i do not mind. I use the shoulder strap anyway it does not my shoulder. The bag is well designed and protects the corners of the game very, very well. Only reason for the 4/5 vs 5/5 is shoulder strap protector came off.

I was looking for a board game bag to carry my games to game night in. I always use a shopping bag but the top of the bag was open and my games were exposed to the elements and sprinklers. Water and snow do not do good things to cardboard. I have found similar bags to this but the price was almost three times as much as this bag. Then I found this bag and bought it. There is enough room to carry the games(Ticket to ride,Airlines of Europe,Brass) and accessories that I need to bring. Game Haul might have another carry solution if you need to carry big box games so check them out. I very happy with this bag for my game night needs.
