Syrups have truly risen up from being your average pancake & waffle sauce to being that extra ingredient that gives dinner and drinks an extra oomph. There are syrups, then there are SYRUPS. The Escuminac line is the latter, I adore the extra rare so imagine my delight when I found these being sold in threes! I've purchased 2 packs for a total of 6 500 ml bottles & plan to hand these out as presents. These came carefully packaged in beautiful bottles with the wax seals, and with the Escuminac reindeer logo, it couldn't be more appropriate for the holidays.
I also purchased a bunch of the Escuminac maple butter spread. Having spent a lot of time in Canada the past few years, I've really come to love the amazing range of organic products the country offers but always found shipping to be a bit pricey. I bought these from Doiron Gourmet foods & they went out of their way to make sure I had what I wanted. This is a great gift item on it's own or as part of a gift basket, I'd definitely buy it again.
