I love this. I don't use it, but I love the exercises. My health won't allow me to do it, but when I did I loved the jumping up and down.

I have been out of the fitness game for a long time. I seen a video on rebounding workouts, looked lime fun. I did some research, read reviews on a lot of product. I found the Maximus Bounce and Burn and the info video, and reviews were very helpful. I have had my bounce and burn for a couple days now as I only ordered it on 3/9/23. So far it fantastic. Very kind on an out of shape body and joints. Its a lot of fun too. Even my husband who doent try anything new is having fun. Great product. Sturdy, accommidates husbands 260lbs, Stability bar is nice to have just in case. I havent found myself having to use it yet. Folds up nicely for storage when not in use. As far as results on tone and weightloss i will post back when i have more use on the Bounce and Burn. So far very happy with the product.

1. The unit came with 2 springs detached from the mat - not broken but just needed re-attaching. It must be common enough that instructions should be given to check all springs first and then how to re-attach? It does need to be done before the mat is unfolded OR you will never get the parts to connect

2. Stuff included with no instructions as to what and how to use - 2 washers and the long tool. I only know why as I asked a question. I still do not see any instructions.

I know this is made in China but the company that owns the name is not. Better and complete instructions or links to where you can get help

3. The DVD has a few videos but then you want $9 a month? Get real! Plenty of free content on YouTube. I already spent the best part of $100 on the re-bounder and you need more free content online

This very high quality, beautifully constructed, easy to unfold and refold trampoline is a miracle.

I am not a spring chicken. At nearly 74 years of age and a flagging fitness profile after getting ill, when once I was a powerlifter, body builder and marathon runner, I got my Maximus mini trampoline in the hopes of getting my fitness back. My first day, all I could do was one minute. The next day 3 minutes, then the next, 5 minutes. Then I went out of town for 4 days. Upon my return, I did a full 10 minutes, then took a 2 mile jog up hill and 2 miles down, to finish off on the bounce and burn for another 2 minutes. The muscles in my quads are already beginning to get defined, my endurance clearly is up, body fat is coming off my legs and I feel fantastic already.

This is a staggeringly warp speed result. Other members of my household are also using it and feeling full on abs strengthening, trimming off the fat around the middle and loving the vitality they feel too. I just ordered a second one for when I travel. Also ordered the handlebar for one so we can kick and throw our legs with greater stability. Also ordered some non slip socks for the foot plant development.

I encourage you to get this amazing tool that strengthens your cells and their membranes, all your organs, blood vessels whether capillary or main vessels, builds lungs, heart tissue and awakens the vitality just waiting to maximize itself. For those who have incontinence, this will take care of that too. Rebound into a full life. What may sound like going back in time, is really moving forward into a truly healthy future.
