I am temporarily disabled and wanted to find meals that would not have to be frozen. These shelf-stable cabbage rolls were a great choice. Two rolls per package; tasty and ample. Add rice or noodles for a fuller meal, but they make a light meal by themselves. The sauce is a bit sweeter than ideal, but a splash of cider vinegar or lemon juice would balance it. I bought three more to keep on hand.
A quick main course that doesn't require refrigeration or freezing.
