Keeps food from burning, falling through grate holes, drying out, sticking to grill. Especially good for things like chicken, shrimp, delicate fish. Cleaning a non issues, stuff just rinses off and then good to reuse. Must have product if like to grill.

This is a great idea. As we travel around America we encounter grills that aren't to our level of cleanliness. These mats just lay across the grills to protect your food while cooking. Grill marks are left on meats and vegetables, especially if you have a small amount of oil on the food. We have used these mats so much since we purchased them.
The only question I have is why this took so long for someone to design. This makes cooking on my home grills and especially on other grills so MUCH more convenient!
