What I didn't like - the legs are metal. I didn't expect this.

What I liked - manufacturer emailed me to confirm I received my package and all parts were there. Not only were all the screws there, they were labeled and provided one extra piece of everything.

I have assembled chairs, dressers, desks, bookcases, and even my bed! I am in my early 40s, a woman. This was one of the easiest to assemble.

The product is sturdy. I use it in a corner of the kitchen where the previous owner removed the dishwasher. It now acts to hold my coffee maker, toaster and mini pantry.

Pros: this item is actually really cute. Its super functional for my small apartment.

The kit came with extra bolts, nuts and screws in case of the inevitable oopsie I lost a bolt moment.

Cons: a few of my parts were mislabled so I had a dickon of a time putting it together. I have once put together an intricate model with written directions in a language I don't speak, that was a little easier then having english directions and mislabeled parts.

That being said, I would purchase it again, i just would pay better attention to the pictures while I was building.

Right off the bat I will say my unit arrived damaged. If it wasn't for the crack (fairly deep, about 1/4 of an inch into the wood) and terrible instructions it would have been a 5 star rating. After putting it together and taking it apart twice because the instructions didn't line up I am frustrated but happy.

I recommend looking at the Amazon picture of the project when trying to figure out where certain pieces go. That I what I had to do. I jumped back and forth between the image and instructions. The screws and things were labelled well and a couple of the shelves but that is it. I also managed to fasten a shelf on upside down once but that one was just user error...

The rack is very sturdy! I wanted something to get my microwave off my dishwasher and clear up some counter space and this definitely did the job! I am very disappointed that my microwave hangs over the unit a bit... But I didn't measure it so it isn't the product's fault... My microwave is just huge.

The "black brown" definitely doesn't have black in it, but it IS dark brown. Brown isn't my favorite color but it is a very tolerable shade of it.

Overall I am happy and the damage wasn't worth sending the unit back over. If anything changes I'll be sure to update this.

An absolute great product. I would purchase this again if needed. It is built very sturdy and looks nice, not cheap. Even the sliding wire basket works well and rolls smoothly. I am really happy I made this purchase. It's holds our microwave, toaster oven and other items. I would truly recommend this purchase to anyone. Also, received right on time and no issues getting it put together. Thank you!

I love the rack itself. This works great for what I needed, holds a great deal of weight, and is very sturdy. However, I had an issue with delivery. I made the mistake of using the wrong delivery address. This would be completely on me, but I was told that the package would be intercepted and sent to the corrected address. If that didn't work, I was told that the package would be returned to sender and I would be refunded and then would just have to reorder. This did not happen, and I was never contacted again. The package was supposedly still sent to the incorrect address, but a package supposedly never even arrived at that location. I went ahead and reordered another rack because I wanted this and thought it would be great, which it is. That still left me spending an extra $90, which I am not happy about.
