Good quality belt you can "customize" to fit your waistline with velcro. Very easy & quick wear. The zippered pouch is "3 dimensional" for phone, keys, snack without being too big. The angled position makes retrieving water bottle so nice when you're running, No need to "stop" & struggle to get it out. It holds my old water bottle that's 3" in diameter. It has soft fabric "cushioning" all around the belt that makes it super nice on my skin. And most importantly for runners, it stays put when I run. Very happy with the purchase.

Fits well and is comfortable. Material is nice, not sure how it holds up over an extended time. Pictured is a 20 Oz bottle in the holder, which is probably too heavy. I'm a bit worried that it will sag while running. The phone area has a headphone spot. It fit my 6" android. I'll update after a few runs.

I wanted something to carry water on short hikes so that my hands are free to use my trekking poles. This works great and is comfortable. My iPhone 8 Plus fits in the pocket, which was surprising, but I usually just put it in the pocket of my hiking shorts. Ended up buying one for my husband as well. We bought 25 oz. Camelbak Podium Chill bottles, which fit well and don't sweat. These hydration belts would also be great for places where you want to take water, wallet, and keys without having to take a purse!

Very well made, top quality. My 20 oz SS water bottle fits with no problem. My bottle is kind of long, I was worried it might be a problem, but it is not. I also wasn't sure about the Velcro belt when I ordered it, but it is also high quality and holds extremely well. The great thing is I can put it around my 40 inch waist, or my petite wife can put it around hers, and use the pack without a lot of adjustment.

Bought this on a whim after running and getting sick of holding a water bottle. Works pretty good. I was really worried that it wouldn't hold my phone but it does. I normally don't run with my phone but figured I'd give it a go in the winter with this thing. It managed to fit my Samsung S7 just fine. I don't think it will fit anything much bigger though. I managed to stash that and my keys in there.

As for using it: I can hardly tell it's there. I did notice I use some light core muscles to limit movement when using it but I think that's a good thing and that should help my form. I've taken this on a 14 mile run and it's been fine. The only thing I worry about is its usefulness during the non-winter months as I don't know how I'll like this hold a drenched sweaty shirt to me with no air flow. Also don't know if I can use this without shirt due to chaffing yet. Maybe if I hike up my shorts a little bit? I plan to try and see what happens when it warms up but even so, it's been pretty nice to store a water bottle and phone hands free and not even really notice anything around my waist.
