I received this nonstick heavy duty roaster cookware before Thanksgiving. It is easy to use especially I like the rack which can hold my 10 lb turkey. I kept the oven temperature 350 F for more than 3 hours. But I don't see any damages on this tray. The turkey was cooked very well. In addition, I can clean up this tray easily without problem. I also have used it for making cake. So far I am very satisfied for this product. I like to use it for cooking food.
