Before getting this pan I'd have to rummage around for a low cardboard box to transport my aluminum baking pans to their destinations. Definitely looks better to serve from, too. Did notice the latch may be a little fragile because two of them arrived with that part broken. Had no trouble getting them exchanged lickety split.
