Made well. Same height as the trivet that comes with the mini. You can flip it over and use it as a grill, os on the other trivet, whatever. I like it with that silicone red thing that lifts things an inch up out of the minimum required liquid. Use your imaginations, or not. But this one fits the other ones are too wide regardless of what the specs might lead you to believe. I could maybe fit a flat size of a cracker on either size.
People complain about it being raised or domed in the center. Well duh, it needs to as the heating element in the instant pots are in the center. You would burn the food in the center. If you wants a baking rack, get a baking rack. If you want something for your pressure cooker this one work perfect in the minis (3qt models)

Serves my purpose and it's exactly as described. Some reviewers have commented on the domed shape and how it prevents sitting a hot pan on it. Put the cooling rack on the counter and push down on the center to spring the dome the other way; it will become concave (like a bowl).

Very well built. The wires are WOVEN together, not tap welded like most racks. The rim is thick and sturdy.
The only con is that it is not flat. My rack curves up making a shallow dome in the center that's about 1/2" higher than the rim. That doesn't bother me but it might bother you.

nice well made but domed top, which means that when using things will slide to the sides or off of it. it's a shallow dome but domed none the less. it is textured and some things will work fine like a piece of meat but round things like carrots will roll off. I plan on using it in a pan similar to a steaming grate.so it will serve it's purpose. last night I made stuff artichokes. stuff them, fill a bot half way with water put in grate to keep the food off the bottom add the food and cook for a while. by the time they where done all the artichokes had migrated to the sides of the pot from the center because of the domed grill. no i would not by it again especially at this price. at this price the dam thing should be relatively flat.
