Everything works well so far. The case has gone to three different fishing excursions and not issues with it yet. Has not been dunked, however case was water tested before hand. I recommend removing batter if you will be using external one, to avoid overheating and condensation.

With working from home, I wanted to mount my GoPro outside so I could do long time lapses here in Orlando. It was the start of the rainy season. I place it outside for about a week and it withstood those conditions. It got rained on several times and remained dry inside. I am not sure about full submersion since this was mounted on a window outside and only subjected to rain. But I am quite pleased. I did read comments about the cable durability when screwed in (apparently it can strip the wires when it is screwed in) but I am careful when manipulating the cable and screwing it into the case.

I use a portal usb battery charger the size of a cell phone with my GoPro Hero 4. This allows me to record over 8 hours fishing while out in the bought. I bought this waterproof case that has the sealed cable port so that I can connect my usb battery to my GoPro and keep it recording all day. My GoPro is mounted in the boat and this case protects it from water splashes and when it rains and allows me to charge. I also use this on my fourwheeler and this case protects GoPro from mud and water. It's a great case.
