It really has a bit of a spicy bite to it, yet still sweet. The perfect compliment to a Moscow Mule. If I have a mule when out- well, they just never measure up and I really believe it's due to the Goslings'. I had one at an upscale place and they used an alcohol ginger beer and was undrinkable to my taste. When I got home- I made one of my own with a Goslings'. And forget the copper cups- the cup gets ice cold and your drink gets warm.
