Complete lack of customer service.

Worked great for 3 weeks. Then it was unable to lock on to a GPS signal so was unable to register speed or distance traveled. I contacted Bryton tech support and got a confirmation of my message. It states they will respond within 24 hours. That was 5 days ago and I've had no response. I will see if I can return it to Amazon.

The price was good. It didn't connect to my Bluetooth cadence and speedometer devices which connect to other computers. So I had to send it back. It was also not user friendly.
