I use the pole to hang Christmas lights on two 18' trees. The pole I used before (was twist type) stopped working and needed replacement. This pole is much sturdier and easier to handle and control. I did extend it to 18' and was able to get to the very top of the trees. I an also use it for ceiling lights and other things that are high up. Recommended!

I have several fruit trees on my property and I knew I would eventually have to get one of these baskets on a stick. The Polish sold separately but I'm happy with the telescoping quality and the Locking brackets. I know I can also use this because of the screw top for getting my High ceilings of cobwebs etc. I don't know how long these will last I only had him a couple months but I'm happy with what I got. I did not see anything that I thought would do better than these.
