The downside to me was you take up to 4 pills a nite an preferably on an empty stomach . Between dinner and dessert an empty stomach in the evening is very hard to accomplish .

Love this!! I can't say enough about it. I have very bad PMS cramps and/or endometriosis-not known for sure. This helps a lot to cut the pain. It also helps me to get to sleep. I take it every night. I don't even take a full dose and it helps so much.
