unexpectedly great!

It is not often that I get excited about a product enough to write a long winded review. However these Casters are Awesome! Just Awesome! The Caster pins fit perfectly on my expensive leather PC chair base. They are moderately gummy and soft so they glide very quietly.They arrived a day earlier than expected which is always great. I design mostly on my computer, but when I am not on my computer I am in my shop. I do some metal working and wood working, but now I think I am going to be replacing my upright tools on casters with these.
We won the chair race! Great smooth rolling and strong casters!

My wife and I work from home and I had picked up a set of caster wheels for my chair and now grabbed a set of these clever casters for my wife. While my wife loves the new replacement chair wheels, me and the kids are having the most fun!
We have taken both of the chairs that have caster wheels and we do races on the hardwoods! :) And although we haven't tested the full 500lb rating, we sometimes stack up adult + kids in the race and have made it up to 400 lbs on 1 chair in the race to end all races! That included multiple turns around the kitchen in slalom fashion and these casters didn't miss a beat. Though we did get in trouble with Mom when we dented the bottom of the oven slightly. :(
Anyways, these caster wheels are the real deal, a perfect fit and we're happy as can be with them.

These wheels are amazing! I now have no trouble rolling around. Im a seamstress so i had quite a bit of thread build up in the wheels my chair came with, not to mention my dogs hair and mine as well. They did raise my chair about an inch but its fine with me. They were super easy to switch out as well, i would suggest these for anyone who has trouble rolling in their chairs & doesnt want to waste time cleaning out the old wheels.

Excellent quality, transformed a surplus office chair into the one everyone wants to use.
Larger diameter than typical office equipment, so your chair may feel too high even at lowest chair-height adjustment. But that's what I wanted, the larger size rolls more easily over rough floors.

These sleek casters are extremely sturdy, well made, and nice to look at as well! I especially like the easy snap-in feature for installing them. These wheels roll so smoothly and freely, it feels like riding on air!
