After I carefully followed the upgrade instructions, my controller is now too sensitive. It's almost as if left trigger is always held down but it's not like that for all games (Only Madden and Fallout 4). Am I doing something wrong? How can I make this like my old controller with a new controller feel?

Kids were playing with my husbands new controller I got him for Christmas and one of the Knob's popped off. Got this set, popped on a new knob, good as NEW!! He has no clue it even happened and now we have parts for this controller and any others that need them in the future! Lol 😂

When I received the thumb sticks, the first thing I noticed was that the plastic was harder and slicker than the original elite controller. After adding the thumb sticks, the D-Pad 'seemed' to seat correctly but I could not get it to click. I compared it to my real elite controller D-Pad and it looks EXACTLY the same. Only thing I could notice was that the magnets seemed to be a little more recessed on the elite controller. The thumb sticks however did fit very well and are very comparable to the real OEM ones.
