DONT KNOW IF THE ADVERTISED 52" -54" IS ACCURATE.
Love the product itself. Great material and construction. I just ran into trouble trying to install it. I have an older marenti wood 9ft market umbrella that has full 54" ribs. The only way I could get a rib into a pocket was to pull the canopy way off-center. Then of course there was no way to attaching of the other ribs. I didn't think ordering a different canopy would work as I pretty much imagined they all were basically the same size, and didnt want to just keep ordering and returning. I also thought it might be something about the construction of my umbrella that was the problem. So I decided to cut off 1 1/2 inches off each rib and ouila, perfect fit.

Buying this umbrella was a cheaper option we used to replace the tattered original that came with a stand. It worked out perfect. It might not last as long since the material is nylon and not canvas"¦ so we either saved or wasted our money; it just depends on how long it lasts. Quality question will be answered based on how long it lasts.

Quick shipment. The material is a bit thinner than the original umbrella fabric but still acceptable. The installation is a bit tricky , however a quick Utube search for'Umbrella fabric replacement' brought up a tutorial showing how to do it. After a couple of false starts I completed the job in about an hour..
