Came defective and not the same.

I ordered two of the same chair but they look different, and one was severely damaged. I can't contact the seller and they don't breakdown easily to ship back. Now I've got to just figure it out. Smh. They at least should be the SAME chair if ordered together. One also did not come with the base to protect the floor as stated in the description. The 2nd chair just simply was not what I ordered. The base is completely different and no foot stool. Smh.
