Nicely padded knee pockets and increased mobility for the user with or without the Velcro straps. We just completed a 2 day carpet to vinyl flooring of a hallway, bathroom and bedroom. Great product over plain knee pads.

There's a slight learning curve to using these, but they definitely made my laminate flooring job MUCH easier. For a 71-year old, 140 lb. man it was fun to get around faster than with standard knee pads. Don't strap them on, just drop on them and go, then rise when not needed. I didn't use auxiliary pads; they were very comfortable. Wheels did not mark flooring, but not suitable for carpeting or outdoors. Would recommend them for trim carpenters installing baseboard, electricians with receptacles, etc.

Use thick material jeans or pants. Most of the product feels durable and high quality, but the strap is a cheap velcro thing that can get painful. The top quality pads have a thigh strap and calf strap, and I implore the manufacturer to make the design change on this to be the same.
