I bought this to customize the IKEA play kitchen I bought my daughter for Christmas. It worked great for that! But I would never use this for a real kitchen. From a distance someone might be fooled but up close it looks like...well...a sticker. The edges of the tiles stick one on top of the next so you can see the seams. It also has an odd sheen that doesn't really mimic actual tile. And to top it off, it would cost a fortune to do a whole kitchen in this stuff! Might as well spring for real tiles at that point.
Overall I'm happy with my purchase because it suited my needs but beware it might not be the best choice for remodeling an actual kitchen.

The product is good, very well made, very sticky. I ordered 7 boxes. So far I have only used 4 boxes. Out of the 4 boxes only 1 sheet had a bubble in it. The process of applying the sheets was pretty difficult, mostly due to attempting to keep each sheet perfectly straight and lined up with the next. The corners were the hardest because not all walls are completely straight. They were easy to cut, but beware, they are VERY sticky. I had to peel one off a couple times to straighten, and found that they peel off the paint and sometimes even pull the top layer of the drywall off. The process also becomes tedious if you have weird angles or spaces that need to be filled. Despite all this, I do feel they are good if you are looking for a quick backsplash that doesn't involve tile and grout like I was.

The tiles take some thought and planning but turn out beautiful! Mix a few drops of dish soap in a spray bottle and spray the sticky side of the tiles before applying and this allows you to move the tiles in place where you want them.

This is a unique product and a relatively inexpensive way to achieve a tile backsplash look without the possible demolition. HOWEVER, I'm only giving it 3 stars and want other buyers & potential buyers to be aware that the color variations from different boxes/lots is extreme!! Example: From one box to the next, the lightest ivory "marble" tiles varied from almost white to a very dark beige. Once installed, sections will look noticeably different from one another.

I really like the varied sizes of these "tiles". However, after sticking 5 on my wall I discovered in a slightly different lighting, you can see bubbles in the sheets. Dead giveaway that it's not real.
