These things are amazing. Feel great and don't look all sweaty when you're getting it at the gym. I'm 5'7, 180 lbs, and have been lifting for 5 years. Risked it and went for the small. Good idea, these things run pretty large. Medium would of worked fine for me too, but the small shows off my pecs more. My only complaint is they don't seem too sturdy as I can already see some wear on the seams after consecutive wears during a month period.

This is a great shirt. Really brings out my physique and is super comfortable. The material feels really smooth as well. I wish they had the popsicle print in small. I bought the flamingo print in medium and it's too long a little loose around the chest.
