Nice material but disappointed

I ordered this beautiful skirt in hopes that the length would be what it was advertised, 40inches, however it was shorter than I expected and it came in the wrong size. I'm sending the skirt back and reordering the correct size. Hopefully I will receive the correct size I ordered and it will longer and not above my ankles.
