My guy measures 41 inches, correlating with size L, which is what we ordered. The characters on the label are mostly Chinese, but among them is a letter L, so that's probably what was shipped. It doesn't come close to fitting - too tight across the chest and it cuts under the arms. It's not usable, and I'm not interested in the time and hassle of getting the correct size from China.

Just received mine in the mail today. Took about three weeks to get it, but that's to be expected considering it came all the way from China. It fits great, and as long as you measure your chest before selecting a size, I don't see many people having an issue. I can definitely see myself purchasing another one, perhaps in a different color in the near future. At the very least, if you suffer from Gynecomastia, as I do, this will help until you can afford cosmetic surgery.
