I used to have a lot of sweat streaming from my forehead right into my eyes while biking -- it's not only annoying and painful, but potentially dangerous, as it hits you sometimes right in the middle of a difficult road maneuver with traffic whizzing by. Searched for solution and found this one. It turned out to be a real solution! I put a fresh one every once in a while into my bike helmet, one piece lasts for 2-3 bike rides (depending how much I sweat). Problem solved.

The first time I order these things, I only ordered 3 because they looked thin and I thought "how much sweat could these things absorb?" and "will they really stay stuck to the inside of my hats?" Well, they ended up absorbing a lot more sweat than I imagined and they do stay stuck. So, now I order them 12 at a time. They also do protect your hats from those ugly white sweat stains. However, you do have to change them out every week or so, depending on your use otherwise they will tend stink.

I have used these on my ball caps and my western hats. This product is a Godsend for my old bald head in the heat and humidity of Texas. I highly recommend this product, and the only issue I have is peeling back the corners to expose the adhesive. When you have to use your pocket knife or a razor blade to separate the backing it needs improvement. Otherwise it's a great product and would've given it five stars.
Reduces Sweat in Eyes

I've bought a few of these and simply prefer to have them in all of my hats now. They are especially nice for golf and working around the house. I don't get as much sweat in my eyes with them in place. No other product has worked as well. No sweat leaks through during light work. I recommend getting the 25 pack and changing them out every couple of weeks if you use your hats a lot and tend to sweat heavy.
